• The accommodation charge includes service charge and consumption tax. Please inquire as the charge may change depending on each plan (accommodation with dinner and breakfast, accommodation with breakfast, room only, etc) or depending on season.
• The last order for dinner will be 19:00, so in principle we ask you to check-in until 19:00. Please be advised that should you not make it in time for dinner, we will not be able to serve you meals and also, we cannot refund the fee for meals.
• Any change for the contents of course meals may not be able to arrange if you are asking after your check in.
• We ask for your kind understanding in advance.

  Final Check in time is strictly by 21:00
• We may not be able to accept check in if your arrive after 21:00.

• For accommodation guests with dinner and breakfast or with breakfast plan, we cannot refund the breakfast fee, even if you check out before breakfast time which starts at 7:30.
• Room Fittings.
  Towel, bath towel, yukata, in-room comfortable clothes, and various amenities (a set of toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaver, comb, dryer, etc.).

• Children’s fee
  • For children of 10 – 12 years old shall be charged 70% of adult fee.
  • Extra futon (Japanese style bedding) and meal for children of 4 – 9 years old shall cost 50% of adult fee.
  • Extra futon but no meal for children of 4 – 5 years old shall cost 30% of adult fee.
  • Facility usage fee of 3,300 Yen shall be applied to children of 0 – 3 years old (no extra futon and meal).

  • Adult fee shall be applied to children over 13 years old.
• Cancellation Fee
  • 30% room charge for cancellation made from 10 to 7 days before arrival date
  • 50% room charge for cancellation made from 6 to 4 days before arrival date
  • 100% room charge for cancellation made from 3 days before until the arrival date
  • 100% fee will be charged in case of no contact and no-show

  • Massage is available on request. (including massage fee and arrangement fee) ※Can be received order after your check-in
  • We accept luggage storage before check-in time (16:00 – 19:00) and after check-out time (～10：00). (free of charge)
  • Luggage delivery service to Kyoto city / Osaka city hotels, Kansai International Airport, etc. is available (with fee). ※Arrangements to some delivery destinations may not be available depending on accommodations (private accommodation, guest house, etc.)
  • We do not accommodate reservations of meals or other services outside the hotel.
  • The hotel does not have an elevator installed.
  • For guests with disability will be provided rooms on the 1st floor, please inform us at the time of reservation.
  • For guests staying more than 2 nights, the room you are staying may change depending on the date and allotment, there are cases where you might have to wait from 10:00 to 16:00. We ask for your understanding in advance.

Information on bath

The bath of Arashiyama Benkei / Benkei Annex ARASHIYAMA Premium Residential Inn is ther Arashiyama Onsen (hot spring) with a hypotonic low alkaline level.

There are 2 large public baths and open-air baths separated by gender and a chartered open-air bath (hot spring).

• We do not accept the use of bath only. We ask for your understanding.
• For guests who are pregnant, please consult your doctor first before using the bath.
• Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the large public baths of both indoor and outdoor.

Information on pick up

• Accommodation Guests Only : For Pick Up, it can only be arranged by receiving phone call (tel: +81-75-872-3355) on the same day of your arrival.
• Pick up only available 16：00 ~ 18：00
  • We can pick up our guests at the nearest station (JR Saga Arashiyama, Keifuku Arashiyama Station, Hankyu Arashiyama Station).
  • To arrange for pick up, please call our main phone number +81-75-872-3355 on arrival at the nearest station on the appointed day, or just before you come by train, etc.
    Please understand beforehand that we may not be able to respond depending on the seasonality event, traffic conditions or time of pick up and our driver’s s schedule.
• Sending only available 9：00 ~ 11：00
  • We can send you to the nearest station (JR Saga Arashiyama, Keifuku Arashiyama Station, Hankyu Arashiyama Station) by free shuttle bus. Please understand beforehand that we may not be able to provide this service depending on the seasonality event, traffic conditions or time of pick up and our driver’s s schedule.

• Guests in group:
  • A free shuttle bus will be provided for guests who make reservations for 10 to 28 people.
  • However, it is limited to guests who make the payment more than 8,640 Yen / person for our service.
  • If you wish to use this service, please inform us the number of people who will be boarding the shuttle bus at the time of reservation.

About Banquet

• We accept holding a banquet for guests from 10 to 70 people.
  (A shuttle bus will be provided for guests who make reservations for 10 to 28 people. Please feel free to consult us.)
• 11:30 – 15:00 or 17:00 – 21:30 (Please contact us for banquet time.)
• We will provide chair seat, table seat, dinner table (one person meal set) and 3 types of banquet.
  (If there are no special instructions, we will provide a type of banquet based on the number of attending people.)
• If people with disability are present, we accept requests for holding a banquet in advance. (If there are no requests, there is a possibility that the banquet is held on the 2nd floor, therefore, please inform us in advance.)
